RFIDJobs4U offers four staffing options:
  • Contract – you make the hiring decision based on the small select group of qualified candidates we present. RFIDJobs4U is the employer and issues the contractor paychecks and is responsible for all mandatory taxes and insurances. The duration of our typical contract jobs is generally 3 or more months but some on-call or shorter consulting assignments can usually be arranged. You are free to end the assignment at any time with no penalty.
  • Contract to Hire – one of our contractors that you select begins the job on a contract basis but you can choose to reserve the right to hire him or her directly to your staff after a period of time we have negotiated. You are free to offer the contractor a staff position, extend the length of the assignment or end the assignment.
  • Direct Hire – hire one of our candidates directly to join your staff from day 1. We provide a guarantee period to help ensure our candidate is a good fit for your organization.
  • Payroll – you’ve found a candidate on your own but your company has a policy of not working with independent (or 1099) contractors due to liability issues. This is a fairly common practice most employers are eliminating as it exposes the company to messy and complex legal and tax risks. RFIDJobs4U will hire your candidate as the employer of record with a significantly reduced fee and assume the payroll, legal and insurance responsibilities.
